Casale

“According to the commercial manager of Casale, José Henrique Karsburg, the business volume was higher than last year, with an increase of 10% in sales and 60 machines sold, generating an income of R$ 5 million. He pointed out that it was an important growth but below the expectations. “Considering the favorable moment for the agro business, the expectations were higher.” A crop shortfall or the rain may have affected the results”, he says. Anyway, the perspectives are optimistic. “The sales results achieved at the Agrishow are equivalent to two months work.”

 

Baldan

“Renato Forti Duarte, commercial manager of Baldan, stated that the sales volume increased 15% compared to last year, reaching an income of R$ 10 million. “The numbers are higher than last year and within our expectations”. Duarte emphasized the importance of what he called ”post Agrishow”. The fair is important to network and the profile of the customers is changing, some of them prefer to get quotes first and then close the deal”. He also said that the organization of the fair has improved and is in the right path.

 

TatuMarchesan

According to João Marchesan, director of TatuMarchesan, the sales volume of this year exceeded the expectations and was 30% higher than the last edition of Agrishow results. The year is important: the sales, the price of grains and commodities are high, favoring the agro business in general”, he said. 

 

Embraer

“Embraer finished the participation at the Agrishow 2011 with excellent results. In only 5 days of the fair, the company closed business in the amount of R$ 3 million with the sales of 4 agricultural aircrafts powered by Ethanol. With more than 1.150 units sold, the Ipanema aircraft, powered by ethanol, is the leader of the agricultural aviation market in Brazil, with a market participation of about 75%.

 

Grupo Agrimec

“The sales goal of R$ 850 thousand was surpassed by The Agrimec Group at Agrishow.  The company invoiced R$ 1.2 million. 66 implements were sold, the main ones being the plane grader, the roller after sowing, the trencher and the cutter roll”.

 

Case Construcion

160 machines. This result is already 20% higher than the last edition of Agrishow. For each machine sold, R$ 500 reais are donated to the Cancer Hospital of Barretos, through the Program Case Multiaction, a program of sustainable actions by Case. The machines cost about R$ 250 thousand reais.

 

Maggion

The focus is not selling, but the after fair businesses. The network increased 20% compared to last year.  The organization in sectors was the best thing the fair organization could do. Sebastião Ferrari, Marketing Manager.

 

Pirelli

In the morning of the 6th, last day of Agrishow, 400 consultations were made.  Up to this moment the sales amount registered are of R$ 1.2 million, 15% higher than last year.  “The general visibility is very good and drove the sales volume up. Tires sales are technical sales and a great part of the customers is made of agriculturists and mills”.

 

Maksolo Implementos e peças e agrícolas

The deals closed until May 5th were 30 % higher than the last edition of Agrishow.  On Friday, last day of the event, the company directory was still hoping to increase this volume.

 

Santal Equiptos Comercio e Indústria

Santal Equipments surpassed in 15% the sales realized in the Agrishow 2010, and must end up with a sales volume of approximately R$ 28 million.

 

Montana Agriculture

According to Carlos Magno do Amaral Benfeita, commercial director of the company, sales were 20% above last Agrishow, which was expected. In the morning of the last day of the fair, sales of R$ 45 million were registered. “The Agrishow had a more qualified audience, really interested in making business. Agrishow is the most adequate fair as it happens after the crops, ideal period for purchasing”, says the director.
