Bruno Tomateiro and Jonathan Tomateiro are brothers from the countryside of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and represent the third generation of tomato growers in their family. Together with their father, they founded Fofão do Tomate, a company in the fresh produce sector (horticulture), primarily focused on tomato production and dedicated to delivering high-quality tomatoes.

The company’s tomatoes are distributed across several Brazilian states and are also exported to South American countries, bringing the strength and quality of Brazilian agricultural production to different markets.

On social media, they share the real day-to-day life of their crops, showcasing field routines, management techniques, and practical experiences, aiming to support other producers and present the true reality of rural life to those unfamiliar with it.

Daniel Barbosa, better known as Agrônomo Sincero (“The Honest Agronomist”), is the son of a rural producer from the countryside of Avaré and grew up on a farm, experiencing the reality of agribusiness firsthand since childhood.

From an early age, he began working with horticulture, learning in practice the value of rural work and building his foundation through daily experience in agricultural production.

With a degree in Agronomy, he began his professional career in the commercial sector, working in grain sales such as corn, soybeans, and wheat.

Today, in addition to continuing his consulting work, Daniel is also a digital influencer. As Agrônomo Sincero, he turns the reality of agribusiness into light and humorous content. His goal is to demystify the sector, connect students, agronomists, and rural producers, and show that agribusiness goes beyond stereotypes: it is technical, strategic, and human.

Through information delivered with humor, he translates life in the countryside to the digital world.

Dieferson Karpinski lives in the countryside of Paraná and shares his daily routine through Instagram and YouTube. He is the son of farmers who grow soybeans, wheat, and corn.

Focused on agricultural machinery and family succession, he shares his knowledge while also learning from his followers along the way.

Fernanda Custódio is a journalist specialized in Agribusiness, with strong expertise in the communication of Brazil’s fruit and vegetable (HF) sector.

With experience at leading media outlets in the industry, she has built a career marked by market analysis, close relationships with producers, and the creation of accessible technical content.

Founder of A Menina do Agro, she connects the countryside, industry, and market on a daily basis through information about weather, prices, trends, and technology.

She believes that information is an input — and that communication is one of the most strategic tools to strengthen those who produce food in the country.

Gabriela Genz is an Agronomist, rural producer, and agri-influencer. Originally from Mercedes, in western Paraná, she works on her family’s farm with soybean and corn crops, as well as dairy production, combining hands-on field experience, technical knowledge, management, and digital communication.

With more than 76,000 followers on social media, Gabriela stands out for presenting the reality of agribusiness in an authentic, light, and educational way, especially inspiring young people and women to take on leadership roles in the sector. Her journey reinforces the purpose of strengthening family succession, female leadership, and the connection between real-world agriculture and society.

João Pierobon is a rural producer in the countryside of São Paulo and holds a degree in Production Engineering. For the past four years, he has been growing grains in a region traditionally focused on sugarcane, demonstrating the possibility of crop diversification. By working on soil structuring and management, he has sought to identify the best cultivars for the state of São Paulo.

A pioneer in sharing the daily life of a rural producer online since 2015, João uses the internet to encourage young people to pursue their dreams through agribusiness. Today, he is recognized as one of the leading entrepreneurs and agribusiness influencers in Brazil.

President of the Semeadoras do Agro Commission of the Agriculture and Livestock Federation of the State of São Paulo (FAESP) and of the Rural Union of Mineiros do Tietê. She is a rural producer in the grain, coffee, and livestock sectors, operating in Canarana/MT, Franca/SP, Cristais Paulista/SP, and Mineiros do Tietê/SP.

Coming from a family of cattle ranchers, Michele is an agronomist and content creator with over 12 years of experience. She lives in the city of Querência, in the countryside of Mato Grosso, and connects with her audience through Instagram and TikTok under the handle @mihguizini.

A pioneer in the agribusiness segment, she is considered one of the leading influencers in the sector in Brazil and worldwide. In 2020, she won the Digital Micro-Influencers of the Year Award in the Agribusiness category, presented by CECOM (Center for Studies and Telecommunications).

Monaliza Pelicioni is a journalist, communicator, and a voice for agribusiness. With over 10 years of experience at leading Brazilian TV networks, including Canal Rural, she founded AgroPontoCom, the first public speaking and positioning school dedicated to the agribusiness sector. She is also a speaker and, in 2024, was recognized as one of the most admired agribusiness journalists in Brazil.
