What is Agrishow?

Agrishow is the largest agricultural technology trade show in Brazil, bringing together agricultural professionals from different areas to present and discuss the latest innovations, technologies and equipment. The trade show takes place annually in Ribeirão Preto – SP, and the 30th edition will be held from April 28th to May 2nd, 2025.

The event is realized by the main entities involved in Brazilian agribusiness, including ABIMAQ, ABAG, ANDA, SRB and FAESP, and is organized by Informa Markets.

Agrishow 2025 will take place from April 28th to May 2nd, from 8am to 6pm.

To participate in the fair it is necessary to obtain an online or non-local credential.

Important:

 The ticket will be personal and non-transferable, so please fill in your details correctly.

At the end of the accreditation process, print your credential and take it with you, along with a recent photo ID, directly to the entrance of the event.

The credential will only be valid upon presentation of a recent photo ID at the time of access to the event.

Registration made on the website is valid for all days, upon presentation of a photo ID at the entrance.

To speed up your entry at the event, we suggest that you bring your printed credential and present it at the entrance along with your photo ID.

At the end of the registration, you will receive your credential via the email you registered. 

You will also have the option to print it at the trade show, however you may have to wait in line. Printing it in advance will speed up your entry.

Agrishow is open to all ages. However, children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

In addition to all the exhibitors and their products, you will find our well-known interactive map to help you get to your favorite stands faster. And also a new feature: Where I Parked, where you can save the location of your car and trace a route back to it when you finish your visit!

At the end of the registration process, print your ticket and bring it with you.

The ticket is only valid upon presentation of a photo ID at the event entrance.

IMPORTANT: be wary of scams. If you find anything suspicious in the email or link you received, don't give your details and contact information to the exhibitor who asked you to confirm the invitation.

No, you have to register online. If you don't, you will have to buy a ticket at the ticket office. 

Parking at Agrishow is managed by VVR Company.

Below are the rates for Agrishow 2025:

  • Standard Parking: R$ 70.00 per entry
  • Parking for Vans and Buses: R$ 110.00 per entry
  • VIP Parking: R$ 550.00 (available for advance purchase only and valid for the entire week)

    VIP Valet (Green): Located next to the main entrance of the fair, you can drop off your vehicle, and the driver will park it for you.
    VIP Easy (Yellow): Located on the opposite side of the fair, with easy exit directly to the highway, you will park your vehicle in a reserved area and have access to the event via an internal shuttle bus.

Yes, we offer a free circular transport service that stops at different places in the event area. 

We do not offer electric carts for rent.

  • For visitors with limited mobility or disabilities, we ask that you disembark at the main entrances to the trade show (north or south entrance) and ask one of our employees for an electric cart (circular and not exclusive) at the entrance.
  • Please note that the cart is not for the visitor's exclusive use, it is circular and must be requested from the organization when it is necessary to move from one point to another within the trade show.
  • All Agrishow bathrooms provide access for people with disabilities.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. High-heeled shoes and sandals are not recommended. In addition, we recommend using sun protection, a hat and sunglasses, as the weather in the region is generally hot and the exhibition space is large. 

In the event that someone gets lost at the event, we ask that you pay attention to the announcements on the Agrishow radio, which will indicate a meeting place.
