Agrishow 2022 – 27th International Agricultural Technology in Action Fair, closed on Friday (4/29), reached a record in conducting business. The value was BRL 11.243 billion in sales of agricultural, irrigation and storage machinery. 

  
Agrishow 2022 received a total of 193 visitors, mostly rural producers of small, medium, and large farms from all regions of the country and from abroad. For João Carlos Marchesan, president of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Association of the Machinery and Equipment Industry (ABIMAQ), “this was the best fair in history, where we present the strength of our sector and, as a result, the needs for the next Safra Plan. Brazil needs to grow, and growth is in agribusiness.”

Agrishow brought all the technology of agribusiness emphasizing everyone's confidence so that Brazil continues to grow in productivity, sustainability and as the main supplier of food and products to the world”, says Francisco Matturro, Secretary of Agriculture and Supply of the State of São Paulo and president of Agrishow. 

The next edition of Agrishow will be from May 1 to 5, 2023. 

The event is an initiative of the main agribusiness entities in the country: Abag - Brazilian Agribusiness Association, Abimaq - Brazilian Machinery and Equipment Industry Association, Anda - National Association for Fertilizer Dissemination, Faesp - Agriculture and Livestock Federation of the State of São Paulo and SRB - Brazilian Rural Society, and is organized by Informa Markets, part of the Informa Group, one of the world's largest publicly traded trade fair, conference and training promoters.
