Agrishow 2024 closes with R$13.608 billion in business intentions and provides a better customer experience

The largest agribusiness fair in Latin America recorded a 2.4% increase in commercial transactions and business intentions with the public of approximately 195,000 individuals

The 29th edition of Agrishow, which will conclude this Friday, May 3, in Ribeirão Preto (SP), has once again reached a record volume of business intentions specifically for agricultural machinery and implements, amounting to R$13.608 billion.  The growth was 2.4%, compared to the 2023 edition, when the number was recorded at R$13.290 billion.

With regard to visitor numbers, the figure remained consistent with that of the previous year.  With approximately 195,000 attendees, the fair had rural producers from small, medium and large properties from all regions of the country, as well as from abroad.

"The mobility and infrastructure of the fair were some of the highlights that allowed visitors to have a better experience, especially for those who make up family farming - an audience to which much of the growth of Agrishow 2024 has been attributed," says João Marchesan, President of Agrishow.

Although the scenario was not the most favorable for the sector, the return of rural producers and the expectations of the fair were exceeded, despite factors such as the climate, high interest rates and lack of controlled resources.  "We retained visitors and increased business intentions.  "It is our hope that Brazilian agribusiness will continue to strengthen in the coming year," Marchesan concluded.

Agrishow is from April 28 to May 2, 2025.
